Requirements

Insurance
You are required to provide a copy of your Insurance Certificate on or before Vehicle Collection or Delivery.

  • Your vehicle must have valid Fully Comprehensive Car Insurance Cover for the entirety of your contract.

  • Failure to insure your vehicle will void your contract, and the vehicle will be returned to us immediately.

  • Temporary cover certificates are accepted as long as they are Fully Comprehensive.

  • Trade Insurance Policies are accepted only if the vehicle registration is named on the policy and lodged with MID.

Driving Licence & ID Restrictions

  • A full and valid UK driving licence must have been held for a minimum of 12 months or more.

  • A photo card driving licence is required.

  • The address on your licence must be up to date and match proof of address from one of the following (all dated within 90 days of hire):

    • Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband/Landline Bill

    • Council Tax Bill

    • Credit Card Bill

    • Bank Statement

    • Mortgage Statement

    • Polling Card

    • HMRC Self-Assessment / Tax Credits / Benefits

You must also supply a DVLA Share Code and give consent. You can generate this in advance here: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
